Deliveries

All shipments have a processing time of 24-72 hours. · We ship all orders* as they arrive on Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. After an ordered is shipped you will receive an email notifying you that it has been shipped. We use Royal Mail 1st class postage. After the parcel has been posted it is outwith our responsibility and any issues caused during the delivery will have to be taken up with Royal Mail.

We currently only ship to UK postcodes.

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue, contact info@10tonline.com ensuring you quote your order number and any other details you feel are relevant to your query and we will take appropriate action. 

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy.

You are entitled to return a product to us where:

  • we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;

  • the returned product is unused, in its original packaging

  • We will refund the full amount after we have checked the product.

  • We do not Refund postage costs.

  • Return cost will have to be covered by the customer.
